Prototype & testing
I created an initial prototype on figma for the purpose of usability testing. The prototype on the left depicts the process of an individual setting up a trip with another person while using both the chat feature and notification feature.

“There should be a section within the adding a friend to the trip that lists the individuals you most frequently use the app with. This will save the time of having to search them up all the time.”

Many users want to be able to share their location with their trip partner in real time

Embedded a feature that allows you to add a person to your trip that concurrently shows both locations and estimated time of arrival

Users want to be able to contact other users within the app, and not having to get off the app to do so
